Good Morning

 As I was lying in bed, trying to convince myself to no longer be lying in bed, I had one son squeezing my arm to the point I am certain it will detach at any moment and the other thinking he is the nearly two pound version of Karate Kid. And for the record, I’m old school, so when I say Karate Kid, I’m thinking Ralph Macchio. Just sayin’.  How was your start to the day?

26 Weeks!

I am 26 weeks along today!!  14 weeks to go!!  

I had an appointment yesterday and had to do the glucose test and bloodwork. Man, I JUST did bloodwork.  This time it was for the glucose test & to check up on my prior hypothyroidism, making sure it doesn’t sneak back in just because I’m pregnant.  The glucose drink is the most disgusting, sickly-sweet thing I have ever tasted. I GET the purpose behind it, but man that stuff is n-a-s-t-y! As for the bloodwork? I’m a wimp and hate getting pricked. I don’t mind seeing the blood (which I know bothers some), just don’t like pain of any sort. Though last time I did kindly request they save some for me (they drew for the quad screen and a whole bunch of routine labs).

14 weeks to go… WOW! He’s coming, and soon. And still so much to do!!!

Two’s Enough… Life With Our Two Sons

I like to create blogs.  I can’t say that I am good at keeping them all up up to date and posted on regularly, but that is something I am working on… just trying to find my groove so-to-speak.  I am creating Two’s Enough to act as my outlet for more personal, life stuff.  I am expecting child #2 in November and we have decided that for us at least, two is most certainly enough!  Posting here may be slow at first as I am still posting most of my random & life stuff at Shake The Salt, working on the launch of Sweet Posh Baby, and trying to get a nursey ready for the baby.  It’ll happen though.  I am already having a great feeling about Two’s Enough!
